In fact Germany is a very interesting market. Switching to the new forum software was a huge amount of work so we had to decide which localization need to be done first.
Compared to the other languages/countries you mention, in Germany most engineers and technicians have pretty good English skills so we decided not to do the localization in German in the first release. Depending on the number of requests we get for a German localization we will consider to do this in the future.
You always can post your requests in German if you like but posting in English makes you benefit from the worldwide community while posting in German reduces the number of possible answers.
Again: If you want to post in German you are welcome to do that. Our local application Engineers in Germany will read your postings and answer appropriately.
