Hello,
I do not know if it is a bug or undocumented feature, but with Windows 11 the hourglass cursor is gone. If you set it using SetMouseCursor the rotating disk will show, but no hourglass.

I'm on Win10 with CVI2020 and it also shows a rotating disk. I think it depends on you theme and it's been like that for a while.
