phase shift 90 degrees in PWM

I want to generate two pwm(Pluse with Modulate) signals with 90 degrees phase shift, How can we achive this in LabWindows/CVI

If you are using the NI-DAQmx driver, as a starting point, I would look at the following post. In it, there is an attached example showing how to generate a PWM with DAQmx.
