Hello,

I enclosed a portion of source code and print out.  Can anyone help me to determine the print out data?

Please see the 'Date" inside the circle, there is a weird word or label next to Date print out;.  I don't know where is coming from

you may consider deleting and retyping the third line; sometimes it happens that one inadvertently hits an extra key...
