"Cannot find program file for library" Error on startup of CVI 8.0

My IT department updated my computer hardware.  IT reinstalled CVI 8.0.  Now, it gives me this error every time I start CVI:

"Warning: Cannot find program file for library.

Library: 'Traditional NI-DAQ Library'

Function Panel File: "c:\Program Files\National Instruments\CVI80\bin\dataacq.lfp"

The problem is that the function panel file IS present exactly where this path says it is.

What's going on and where do I fix it?

Try to reinstall NI-DAQ-Drivers. The file should be within the "support for CVI ..."
