Did you mean:

"Internal Error at 001B:1020437E." while loading .UIR. What does this mean?

While attempting to load my .uir, I receive the LabWindows/CVI message "Unrecoverable Internal Error at 001B:1020437E. LabWindows/CVI will be aborted."  I've tried several backups of this file that go back several days with no luck.  I've tried installing CVI on another computer and loading the same file with no luck.  What does this message indicate?

Hey mikeR_tqs,

I'm assuming this error does not occur if you create a new UIR file and attempt to load it?  If this is the case would it be possible to post your UIR file here or send it in for us to take a look at?

I was also curious about which version of CVI you are using.

Thank you Patrick,

I use CVI 6.0.  You are correct that this does not occur on a newly created UIR.  I also discovered that when I loaded the text version (.TUI) of the user interface and resaved as the .UIR the .UIR loaded fine.  Fortunately there were only minimal changes since the .TUI was created.  I'm suspecting my .UIR file was somehow corrupted.  But I'm feeling much better now.
