What happens if I don't have a manufacturer's scope(eg. Teltronix scope) and I'm creating my own scope?
How can I programme the time/div knob?

Paul,

I guess the first question here is do you want to set the time/div knob of an external scope?

Or you have some DAQ device and you just want to implement a software time/div knob?
