size of text excedding the larger of the cell

I would like to know if there is a way so that when texte size exceeds the cell larger size the text can overtake the cell on the right.

No, there is no way with the CVI table control to have the cell value exceed the bounds of the cell. It will always be truncated by the cell bounds.
