tektronix tds224 labwindows driver problem

Hi

I am having trouble using my Tektronix TDS224 scope with LabwindowsCVI 8.0 using the GPIB port.

The driver I have downloaded from NI Dev Net is for LabView but I think it should still work with LabWindows CVI, is this correct?
The driver is also not an instrument file (.fp) as I would expect and is made up of several .mnu files, how do I import these into LabWindowsCVI?

Also, does anyone know where I can get some code examples for this or a similar scope?
Tektronix don't seem to have any on their website and no code comes with the driver I am using.
