underFlowError with a DAQ6533 pattern generation handshake (ect clock)

With LabWindows/CVI on XP, using a pattern generation handshake (ext clock), I got an underFlowError. This results with a wrong data written into my peripheral device memory. The same program works with DIO 32 card on a desktop PC, and it doesn't with an PCMCIA DAQ6533 on a laptop.

What is the frequency of the external clock? I'm asking this because the DAQCard-6533 uses interrupts instead of DMA to transfer the data and it only has a 16 Sample FIFO.

The generation rate for the DAQCard-6533 is benchmarked at about 100 - 120 kS/s, but this is system dependent. For more information about this see the NI-6533 User Manual:
