Can you describe what you want to do?  Define "virtual" in this case..

If you have CVI, you may be able to create your own.  Are you trying to create a simulator for the serial port?

My Application sends and receives data over serial bus. From serial 1 to serial 2. My pC does not have serial port so I am looking for "virtual" serial port which my application and windows sees (Shows in device manager) and allows my application to use serial port.
