windows 7

I am trying to launch a CVI app under Windows 7 in debug mode and I get an error: "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000003b). Click OK to close the application". I used to launch it OK under windows XP. Any idea what the problem can be?

Thanks

Persemeng,

Its hard to say what could cause a nondescript error like this without more context to the program to the machine. Have you tried this on multiple Win7 machines with the same behavior? have you distributed it with the CVI RTE? Have you distributed other programs to win7 machines before successfully, or is it a problem with all distributions to win7 machines? Did you run the install of the RTE and drivers as an administrator on the Win7 machine?

If you can include the program, or another simple example that also produces the behavior, it will be much easier to trakc down the source of the issue.
