Hello, I'm trying to run LabVIEW Linux 2015 on an Ubuntu machine since Ubuntu is the official distro at work. The install CD has some binaries and an install script for non-rpm distro, but the script is terribly out of date and complains about not finding LabVIEW 8.1.1. Can someone provide an updated script for 2015?
As an alternative I can build on CentOS, but need to deploy the exe on Ubuntu. Assume I will need to install the runtime engine separately since the Linux application builder will not allow me to build an installer. Any experience with installing the runtime engine on non-rpm distros?
Thanks,
Richard

Hey Richard,
Which version of Ubuntu are you using? Is it 32-bit or 64-bit? Do you need the 32-bit runtime engine or the 64-bit? I'd like to help you out if you could provide these info. Thank you.
Cheers,
Yanjiang
