nidaqmx and rt or lowlatency kernel?

I'm trying to find the best/most-stable/easiest path to Linux with a "lowlatency" kernel (or realtime/rt) and nidaqmx.  Ubuntu appears to have nice support for the lowlatency and rt kernels but nidaqmx install looks a little problematic.

Anyone have this combination working?

Thanks,

Steve
