popup message during app build

When compiling my code into an application, LabVIEW sends 2 consecutive popup messages that require user action to let the build process carry on.

To me that's a bug.

Not to mention that before launching the build process I mass compiled my project!

I'm trying to set up a CI VM to automate the app building process, so this is quite annoying.

Is there a way to get ride of these pesky popups?
