We have look out 6.0.2 and i am sure it is not supported by windows 7.  If we install the new version that is supported by windows 7 Is it a free upgrade or there is a cost associated with that?  Which is the version that is supported by windows 7?

Upgades are not free.

Lookout 6.5+ will work in windows 7, I have run 6.2 with success.

Contact sales with your serial number and they can get upgrade costs.
