Acknowledging an Alarm Comments Window

When an alarm is acknowledged a comment window pops up.  If comments are written in the window
where can these comments and past comments be pulled up for review?  Also are they time stamped.

In the historical data viewer (MAX).

The comments are entered, the assumed timestamp is the "Acknowledge Time".
