Administrator account keeps getting deleted

Is it possible to have two Administrator user accounts in Lookout? On one system, I have my Administrator account and my customer wanted to have his own account. We are seeing a situation where both accounts disappear. Is the dual account the reason for this?

 

If so, I will tell my customer to either use mine or create another that I will use to administer the system.

I don't think Lookout only allow one administrator account. To create multiple accounts with administrator privilege should be okay.

Hi Ryan, thanks for the response.

 

It has happened several times in the last month or so. On Monday, the manager at one of our districts was locked out of Lookout. I finally directed him to use task mgr to "end task". Task mgr reported that Lookout was not responding and we had to "end task" several times to get out. When he relaunched Lookout, all the user mgr entries were gone. I had him set up just one admin and the 2 operator accts. We exited and relaunched Lookout several times after that without a problem.

 

I am concerned about Citafel database corruption, do you think that is a valid concern?

 

The system is Lookout 6.0.2.
