Alarm Printout Format

I am using Lookout 5.0 and we log all alarms to a printer.  Right now it just looks like one continious printout with no spaces or formatting and when you need to find a specific alarm on the printout, it is very hard to find.  Does anyone know of a way to format the printout to make it easier to read, like putting a space between each alarm and maybe removing some of the information that prints since we really don't need it?

if you set the Lookout to print alarms automatically, I don't know how to add a space or remove some unuseful information, But you can set the printer to print one alarm per page. It's maybe a waste, but much clearer, if you don't have a large number of alarms.
