Can't install Lookout 6.1because MDAC 2.8 SP1.

I'm trying to install Lookout 6.1. During the install it says I need MDAC 2.8 SP1 or later to complete. When I go to the Microsoft website and download this application, it's not supported by Windows XP. What is the deal? Am I missing something?

Have resolved the issue. After some research I discovered the PC running Lookout didn't have windows XP SP2 installed. After I did this I was able to install Lookout 6.1.

I just tried to load Lookout 6.1 on to an industrial computer with Windows 2000 Pro.  How am I supposed to load MDAC 2.8 SP1 from microsoft.com if my computer does NOT have internet access?  If we need MDAC 2.8 SP1 to run 6.1, why doesn't NI just include it with Lookout software package?
