To clarify the current situation, you have created a client process that you have exported to the web. On one remote computer you can access the program without logging in. On a different remote computer, the user is prompted to login.
It sounds like either one computer is behind a separate firewall while the other is not, or you have (or had) the Lookout Development System installed on that computer. If you need to keep the Development system installed, you can simply logon as a user for that system. If the system is no longer used, you can uninstall the system. The key is to make sure your run-time engine is not trying to use the old lookout.sec file from the previously installed version of Lookout.
The Lookout.sec file normally installs when the web cl
ient is first told to download the Lookout Player. If Lookout was previously installed on this computer, you will need to replace this file.
Hope this helps.
