Citadelcontrol- Restored Data

I posted this question in August of 2001. This continues to occur in Lookout 5.0. Has anyone found a fix for this?

After I restore data to the active Citadel database using the CitadelControl object in version 4.5 a very peculiar thing happens. My hypertrends do show the traces for the time period of the restored data. However, if I click on the "cursor button" the path of the data does show in the "hypertrend cursor dialog box" but the value does not. Even if the vertical line is over a trace (no blank spots). Does anyone have any solutions to this???

I had a similar occurrence with version 4.0.1 awhile back. In my case it was a corrupted database. At that time there were no tools available to extract and populate another Citidel database, so I had to start again with a new database. I'm wondering if your problem would continue if you copied the data to a fresh database using the new MAX utility included with version 5.0. It seems to be a much better utility than the Citidel Control object.
