I am a first time Lookout user. I am trying to set up communications to an Allen Bradley PLC 5/30 using the 1784_PCMK (DH+ Direct) driver and a 1784-PCMK/B card. I have tested the communications link using RSLink and it works. i turned RSLink off and rebooted. I set up the Lookout driver using ht ePLC node of 17, the card node of 0. I used the device manager in control panel to determine the memory address is DF00 and the IRQ is 11. I checked the box for Card exists in this computer. I set up an object to N9:90. I get a red X acrost the object.
Sorry if this is a very basic thing for you to check... but are you sure you have an N9 file in the plc? Also, check the configured drivers settings in RSLinx for baud rate, etc and ensure they are the same in the LookOut driver.
