I have an Ascii string of text saved in v-memory on a DirectLogic DL06 plc and I'm trying to display that v-memory data member in Lookout using the DirectLogic PLUS driver for Lookout. The value displays as a numeric value rather than text, even though I have the "display type" selected as text. I also tried to create a "TextEntry" object and used the edit connections tool to set the "value" equal to the v-memory location and found the same thing... Lookout displays a numeric value instead of text. Any ideas????
