Having trouble with a Hypertrend

Just setting up a new customer on Lookout to monitor some water towers.

Trying to get a hypertrend to track levels but it won't display. Even created a swtich object and a local pot and can't get them to show on the chart. Probably something very simple that I'm just missing.

They are setup to be recorded in the data config right?

The hypertrend is on the same machine as pot and switch, right? You need to log them to database first and then display them on hypertrend. In object explorer, right click on the pot or switch, select edit datamember configuration. Select datamember, such as the default one "implicit", check "Log to historical database". Then, the value of the pot or swtich will be logged, and displayed on hypertrend.
