How do I force a compile of .lks

I have a switch object that is located off the control panel (i.e., -74, 248) and need to delete it due to it's dependency. I am converting from Lookout 3.8 to 5.0. So, I think it would be easier to just modify the .lks file by deleting that instance of the switch object and recompile. Does anyone know how to force Lookout to recompile or re-read the .lks after I make the modification?

Hi,

You can open the LKS file from the File menu -- you will have to however change the "file type" in the "open file" dialog to see LKS files. Once you open the LKS file, Lookout automatically compiles it and launches the resulting process file.

You may then save the process file.

Hope this helps.

Regards,

Khalid
