How do I get Lookout to print to CSV files?

When I choose to print the Alarms and events to a CSV - Journal file, it creates the file with the name I have given it but the file is always empty (zero bytes). No filter options are chosen. Alarms are occuring and I acknowledge them but I can never see anything about them later. This is Lookout Version 6.1 with Windows XP operating system.

I doubt the alarms are not logged to citadel database.

Launch MAX, go to Historical Data->Citadel 5 Universe, right click the database and create an alarm view. See if there are any alarms. If there is no alarm logged, you can't see any in journal file. That's the issue.

You can try to create a new database, and configure Lookout to use the new one. This may solve the problem.
