How to configure serial connection

I have Lookout 5.0 Runtime running on an operator station. I had to change my communications to my PLC from DH+ to serial connection. The "serial ports" option under "options" is grayed out. How to I configure the Runtime to communicate via serial connection??

For a user to have access to  the serial port settings, two criterta must be met:

1 The user must be logged in with a security level of at least 9.

2 The user must be using a development version of Lookout.
