I am new to Lookout programming. I am interested in having Lookout search for a file upon startup. Can this be accomplished or does it require a tool kit?

I am not aware of any driver objects in Lookout that will perform a file search, or any add-on toolkits that would add that functionality. The best solutions I can think of involve using a 3rd party program to do the search, and communicating back-and-forth using OPC. However, that would require you to do some programming in another environment (such as LabVIEW). Let me know if you are interested in more details.

Anyone else have any ideas?
