I'm using LOOKOUT V6.0.2 . The result of alarm report is empty. I think that I have some problem with CITADEL database . Which are files where are stored all the allarms and events?

All the database files are under "Program Files\National Instruments\Lookout 6.0\database" by default. The alarms and events are stored in mssql.mdf and mssql.ldf.
Do you see any alarms in "alarms windows" when running your process? In Max, you can't retrieve the alarms information?
