In Lookout 6.5, new Windows 7 Computer running server process file stops allowing clients to connect over time

When this problem is occurring I cannot expand the network tree in object explorer. I click the plus sign next to network and nothing happens. I can expand the process file, but not the network.

Is this lkads.exe resonsibility?
