Iniciar con Lookout

Buen día, quiero iniciar con Lookout, mi duda es, viene en el paquete de discos de NI? (donde vienen los modulos de visión, FPGA, DSC, Base de datos, etc). o se adquiere aparte?.

Se trabaja sobre LabView o es un Software aparte?.

Donde puedo encontrar un tutorial para familiarizarme mas? he buscado en la red, pero solo vienen precios y datasheet muy generales.
