LOOKOUT 4.5, 5.0, and 5.1 CRASHING on PCs with XP OPERATING SYSTEMs

My client is having the following problems:

Installed Lookout 5.1 on pc running windows xp. Launchs Lookout and then starts processfile. File come up OK. But then puts Lookout into edit mode so he can change the phone number in the dl205 driver. Lookout locks up and then he gets the windows crash message asking if he would like to send error report to microsoft.

The same Lookout file launches fine on my PC and others PCs in my office. So I sent him my copy of the file. Same problem. So then I sent him Lookout 5.0. Same problem. Then I sent him Lookout 4.5. Same thing.

He has this problem on all three of the computers in his office (all running XP). Told him to try shutting down anti-virus and disabling firewall. Same problem. I don't know what to tell my client other than getting a dedicated PC with no anti-virus or firewall enabled and isolate it from his office network. Then install Lookout.

Any thougths out there? I'm convinced there is something loaded on his office PCs that is fighting with Lookout.

What if he opens other lookout process, such as the default process?
If he open the default process or create a new process, change to edit mode, what will happen?
If the crash only happens with the specific process, then we look into this process file.
