What's the latest Lookout 4.5 build and where
can I get it?

4.5.1 build 18 still seem to have bugs.

For example, I can't can't set X-Bar/R line color to anything
but black.

The latest Lookout version is 4.5.1 build 18.

The error that you are having with X-Bar/R has been noted in our database. At present there is not a fix for it. However, when a new build is released, I will update this message thread.
