When setting comx to "Hardwired", is there a way to use Ascii Object to dial
a modem by sending "ATDT1234567"?
The PCL driver I have does not have "OFFHOOK" property so it always hangs
up after first poll.

This KB, How Can I Use the ASCII Object in Lookout to Send Data to the Serial Port? talks about sending strings through the ASCII object. This should help you figure out how to send your dialing command.
