Lookout 4.0.1 build 51 I/O expansion upgarde problem

I'm trying to upgrade Lookout 4.0.1 (build 51)
from 50 I/O to 200 I/O's. After entering information
I got from NI by email, Lookout asks for a
hardware key and being unable to locate
one forces I/O number to 4. I never had any
hardware keys with 50 I/O's.

I need help on that urgently.

Certain countries require hardware keys with their license of Lookout. If you did not have a hardware key before, just contact NI with your information to obtain a new key code.
