When printing using print panel command, get incomplete sheet, hypertrends do not show data, only outside edge with some time numbers. Using Windows 2000 and a USB printer (Lexmark). Worked fine under Lookout 4.5 B18. What gives?
It could be just the printer driver. Try to unistall and reinstall the printer driver after your Lookout 5 install. I tried this using print panel command in Lookout 5 and printing a hypertrend and some other objects to a HP LaserJet 4050 printer. It all works just fine. I can see all the data and grids.
I have already uninstalled and reinstalled the printer. Had an error code that it couldn't establish bidirectional communication one time but continued and printer worked fine with other programs (MS Word etc.). Have double checked USB cable connections, seem fine. Will try your suggestion and redo. Thanks for your answer.
Since uninstalling and reinstalling printer didn't work, decided to check color cartridge in printer. Discovered cartridge glazed over on bottom, tried another cartridge and it worked! Never got empty ink signal from printer software. Back to basics!
