Lookout 5 Allen Bradley Ethernet driver and a MicroLogix 1500

I am curious if anyone has tried using the Lookout 5 Allen Bradley Ethernet driver to communicate with a MicroLogix 1500 through an AB-1761 ENI module.

I have not tried this -- I have however tried Serial with the Micrologix option of the AB Object sometime back. 

Anyway, if you're trying Ethernet, you will use one of the other options (other than Micrologix), and I remember that the protocol for the Micrologix is slightly different from that of PLC-5 and SLCs.  So, it may not work.  It's just a guess though.

Currently, only the serial DF1 option is supported for the Micrologix 1500.  If you would like to see this feature added in the future, you could submit a suggestion at the below website.  In the meantime, you can use a third-party OPC server to talk between the PLC and the OPC Client object in Lookout.
