Update:

Lookout 5.1 and 6.0.2 fail also

Tested on SP1 and SP2 machines, similar configs with no issue.

Maybe the MSI installer changed?

Update 2:

Same computer, SP3 removed, same issue.  No idea now, its a fresh install.

If you double click on Autorun.exe, do you get an error message? Or which step do you get the error on? Give a screenshot of the error.

The SP3 should not be an issue for the install.

Autorun fails before the Lookout install splash screen.  Autorun shows, i click "Install Lookout" and it errors out.

Lookout install fails at all components.

Its something wrong in the Windows Installer...  But this is a completely fresh install.  SP3 makes changes to the Windows Installer, but are considered minor.

Update:  Fresh install of SP2, no issues.

Maybe a new Windows Update messes it up, it was fully patched before install. SP2 with no patches worked fine.  SP2 with all patches works fine.  SP3 it fails.

Version checking?

EDIT:  Microsoft KB952287 check into that one

I installed a fresh sp3, but didn't see the error.

Did you apply that KB? It doesn't say detail about the problem. Maybe a microsoft KB addressed this problem and you don't have it installed on the computer?
