Lookout 6.6 alarm printing

We have Lookout 6.6 installed on windows XP. Everything works well except when I try to print the alarm list there is nothing there. Even though I know there should be. Can you help?

Same issue for 6.5. Please Help. Snapshot and Journal are empty. No alarms in Max
