It's a command tool. Input below command in cmd

procdump -e lookout.exe c:\crash.dmp

Upload the crash dump to ftp://ftp.ni.com/incoming

Is there still no resolution for this issue? I'm using 6.6 and I am experiencing exactly this issue currently. I've reinstalled many, many times now. Has anyone experienced this issue in Win 7 32/64 bit or is this only an issue on XP SP2 and SP3 builds? Does 6.7.1 resolve this issue on XP SP3?

This problem is back again, is there any resolution or patch?

It occurred on two machines about the same time after a windows update, they are both Windows7 64 bit, I am using Lookout 6.6.

Why do I have to completely reinstall each time?
