Lookout 6.7.1%2F6.6 not responding

I've a very serious problem to solve: both lookout 6.6 and 6.7.1 does not responds after a while they're running.

The original project was developed with lookout 6.5 and it run without problems. Problems arises when I convert to lookout 6.6. All seems running well, but when I try to change panel, doing something absolutely normal for an operator or do nothing, lookout hangs and in the caption of the panel appears the message NOT RESPONDING. If I look inside the control panel I see 2 process displaying "Lookout not responding". The task manager shows a low CPU usage (5-6%) a RAM usage < 50% and System Idle Process CPU > 90%.

 

System configuration

Industrial PC: RAM 2GB, Intel Core 2 Duo, 40GB SATA Hard disk

OS: WinXP SP3, update service disabled

Communication board: CP1613 Siemens

Communication software: Simatic NET 2008 SP6

Communication via OPC server

Scada: Lookout 6.6 or 6.7.1

Lookout keybord driver: not installed

Lookout OPC Client: not installed

Lookout update with all required by NI Update service

 

I assemble a new PC using a HP WorkStation with 4GB of RAM and Core i7 with Win7 Professional, lookout 6.7.1, Simatic Net V8.1, using the onboard 1Gb ETH but the problem is the same.

 

Someone can HELP ME ?
