Lookout 6 Web Client Crashing - Active X Control Fix Please

OK, As far as I can tell, NI  hasn't updated the web client active X control in Lookout 6 to prevent client crashing.  Whenever a client IE page is refreshed or if you attempt to close the IE page, you get this:

AppName: iexplore.exe AppVer: 7.0.5730.11 ModName: lkworks.dll

ModVer: 6.0.2.1 Offset: 000aa6c4

So...

Why hasn't NI fixed this in the last 1.5 years or so?

It's a known issue.
If the OCX is being loaded and you click refresh, IE will hang. When you click "Refresh" button, IE will try to unload the OCX and reload it again. For Lookout web client, we cannot control IE's behaviors and the OCX is running inside IE.  Whenever you refresh IE page, IE will try to unload the OCX first and it will not care OCX's state. So, the hang happens.
We are trying to find a solution. But right now, we haven't got a fix.
