Lookout Direct causing fatal errors

any ideas what would be causing this condition to occur in run time or in development about every 30 minutes to an hour???
win xp sp2 on dell poweredge 860 server
 
this is screen shot of the error log in windows
 
 
i have also posted a support request on Automation direct forums but no answer from them yet either
please help if you can.............. customer is getting very upset that there is no stability in the system

one simple word::  Vista

LO version 6.1 is for Vista, LookoutDirect is version 4.5

From the pic you attached, it seems like Vista, but not XP.
If it is, please check if Lookout Direct 4.5 does support Vista.

The screen captures are fom my development machine which is running xp with a vista skin. i removed the skin started a new project and after about 10 minutes it did the same thing. the pc actually running the app is a dell poweredge 860 server running xp sp2 withh all critical updates and no antivirus installed. this is a new machine that does not connect to the internet.
