I’m running a Lookout 6.0 server and client process on a Windows XP machine that’s logging data to a Citadel database. The client has a HyperTrend graph that’s displaying historical data from a Fieldpoint module and its working fine. Its reading all four process files located on a network drive.
I installed four free client software programs on four different machines connected to the company network. All the remote clients work fine except for one. That one machine shows real time data on some panel objects but the HyperTrend graph is not showing any data. What do you think is causing this problem?
Thanks,
Steve….

First, make sure the system time is synchronized. If the client time is different from the server time, the data with timestamp is transfered to client but will not be displayed as realtime data.
Another thing is the firewall. Maybe the Citadel communication is blocked by the firewall, while the panel objects don't use Citadel. Follow the KBs to set up the firewall.
