Lookout win98 to win2k

Hello all:

I am trying to install the process file from win98 lookout onto a new version win2k.  I am unsure of the old version on win98.  The hard drive died and they lost the installation cd.  The win2k version is 6.0.1. 

I get the followoing error when I try to load these files from a floppy disk to new hard drive.

A:\ process1.L4p was created by an older version of Lookout.

Please recompile it by opening the source file process1.lks

These are the files that are on the floppy.

process1.l4p   LP4 file   46kb

process1.l4t    L4T file   1kb

Are these all the files I need?  Am I going to have to rebuild this enitre site?

Looks like the old version was Lookout 4.x.  It would really help if you have the LKS file for the project.  If you don't, then may be someone here on the forum has 4.x and can get you the LKS (from the L4P) so you can try to open it in 6.x.

PS:  the L4T is the state file and not very useful in recovering the project.

Well i appreciate the response.  I will just rebuild the remote sites.  It is being used with some Zetron RTUs.  Again thanks
