Yes. It happended after I moved the drivers to new HMI server, deleted some of these drivers from Lookout server, and kept some of these drivers which was hard to be deleted with an IP pointed to nothing. Pollrate with 99:59:59, Poll with Swith on from Lookout server.
Yes. I had the backup of the process file before the changes.

i also have observed this issue earlier but later on i found that the issue was with the ethernet network not with the lookout. then i separated the network for lookout server-client and the probelm was solved.

How did you separated the network for lookout server-client? did you use the different subnet? Our SCADA had three network: PLC net, HMI net, and City net. Lookout server and FT viewSE server were both under HMI subnet and connected to PLC net and City net. FT viewSE server and clients were the members of a domain.Lookout server and clients were a member of workgroup.

i am not the IT person so i am not sure exactly what part was creating the problem. i just have separated the lookout netwrok by using separate ethernet switch and no connectionm with another network. you can try this if this work then you can ask to your IT people may be they will help you to find the issue.
