LookoutOPCServer tags all give bad value

Hello,

I have Lookout 6.2, and am trying to use Win-911 to dial a cellphone in case of alarms.  I've used several OPC clients (Matrikon Explorer, Expertune OPC Test, NI Server Explorer), and I can see the Server (name = National Instruments.LookoutOPCServer.1), and I can drill down to the individual tags (example:  \\\\.\\Leesburg_Srv\\PLC_1.AER1_FLT), but I get 'bad value' on all of the tags.  If I access the built in NI OPCDemo server, I get fine values for floats, ints, and bools (see screenshot attached).  I've double-checked my DCOM config and have even turned my firewall off.  Does anyone have any ideas here?  I'm not sure where to turn to resolve this.   Thanks in advance!

This issue has been resolved by resetting the user account.

This is not just opc issue, but the logos access to lookout tags are blocked. The error in Tag monitor is "Access Denied".

Yes, replacing the lookout.sec file in the C:\Windows\System32 folder was the solution.  Thank you again for the help, Ryan!
