Hello, I'm using MAX and also the nihdv.exe in the Shared\Citadel Folder to create a Citadel 4 Database. When I select browse to choose the directory where I want the Database to reside, it crashes. I'm upgrading from Lookout 5.1 to Lookout 6.5 and was told that I needed to convert the Database from Citadel 4 to Citadel 5. First, by creating a Citadel 4 Database and then by converting it from Citadel 4 to Citadel 5.
