A problem occurs when we want to access the historical data viewer and look for the alarm view. We filter the time and request a refresh for the database, but it displays nothing. No alarms arises during refresh operation. We check if the time filter was wrong, but it was right. We cancel the time filter for refresh all the history of the alarms, but nothing is displayed. In MAX there was an older view for the alarms. In this view, the alarms are displayed until a day and no more.
In lookout application, the alarms are correctly displayed in the alarms window, and it seems that there aren't problems from lookout and the citadel servicies for logging alarms events. We check if there are servicies stopped (lookout servicies and Microsoft SQL servicies), but they are all running, and they are set for running at the startup of the computer. We have defined a trace on a logged parameter and check if it works online with the process: it works.
Why seems that alarms are logged until a date and no more?
